Deposits
Deposits are required for some larger equipment and plant.

After You Order
Your order journey
From confirmation to collection — here's exactly what happens after you place your order.
Step 1
Order confirmed
You're in. We've pre-authorised your card but haven't taken any money yet — we only take payment once your order is confirmed.
Step 2
Sourcing your kit & confirmation
We're scanning depots near you now. Once secured, we'll take payment and send your confirmation email. If your preferred date isn't available, we'll offer the next best date.
Step 3
Equipment Arrives
Delivery happens anytime up to 5pm (standard delivery). You'll get a call roughly an hour beforehand, so there's enough time to clear the delivery point (kerbside), not enough to rearrange your whole day.
Step 4
On Hire
The equipment's yours until your off-hire date. Need it longer? Extend anytime by contacting us.
Step 5
Collection Arranged
When you're done, we'll arrange pickup within 1-5 working days. Just make sure it's accessible, and we'll handle the rest.
Step 6
All Clear
A quick inspection, and you're done. Return it as you'd hope to receive it, and there's nothing more to think about.
